The Graylyn Esate Wedding Venue in Winston Salem, NC

Beautiful brides of 2015 and beyond, today we are highlighting some outstanding vendors that can help you with your wedding.  Before I tell you about them, I wanted to check in and see how you're doing.  Getting married is a big step, and planning a wedding can be overwhelming wether you consider yourself a planner or don't, have great family support or none at all.

What's on your mind today, sweet girl?  Tell me what you're worried about.  Are you stuck on an aspect of your planning?  Maybe you've just been thrown a curveball.  Maybe someone you love is sick.  Share what's on your mind using the form at the end of this post and I will respond to as many submissions as I can.   And in the mean time, I'm declaring the opposite of any struggle you are facing, confident you will be victorious over every obstacle.  Anxiety replaced with excitement, depression, sadness, heaviness replaced with great joy and a lightness, the feeling of loneliness replaced with a true and faithful friend.  Physical pain — gone.  One step at a time.

At Philosophy Flowers, we believe your life matters — your marriage, matters — family, relationships — matters.  These treasured people are what's most important, and often in the season of wedding planning these relationships run the risk of stress and hurt.  It's time to be aware, to be vigilant and watchful, protecting what matters.  I imagine, in the deep places of your heart, what you want more than pretty flowers or anything else is a love story that inspires others.

Which leads me back to the vendor spotlight.  These people are passionate about what matters too.  You can trust them with your story.  Below you'll see how their heart, talent and commitment to teamwork and collaboration are what made Alexa and Jaco's love story come to life in a way that inspires their families and strangers alike, now and for generations to come.  I'll pen their contact information at the end of the post so you can get in touch.

Our inspiration for this project:

Noticing rust on a cast iron urn during a garden walk is all it takes to spark a story.  It's something one might walk by and miss on a day full of cares, but with a clear mind and open eyes this small details becomes truly inspirational.  The antique urn reminds us of a couple, whose love is warm, classic and strong, like rust on a cast iron urn.  Combine the two and imagery alive with meaning emerges.  The sacred job of the designer is not to simply mix colors or patterns, but to live in the moment, uncovering ordinary beauty and it's extraordinary meaning, telling a story and inspiring others towards a life of rich and exciting love.

Brides, would you like Kelly's input on a wedding related thought or problem?
